"Rowland hated bananas. At first I thought he was kidding… Whenever bananas made an appearance in the dressing room he would denounce them as an evil fruit. One night I invaded his hotel room. I remember wearing a crown, of a bunch of bananas, and dancing provocatively on his bed. He was horrified."
